Chris Klein is to become a father for the first time.

The 'American Pie' actor revealed the happy news that he and wife Laina Rose Thyfault - who he wed last August - are expecting a baby together on his 37th birthday yesterday (14.03.16).
Sharing a photo of Laina's bump on Twitter, he wrote: "My beautiful wife Laina and I are expecting our first child.
"23 weeks along. Gratefully blessed on my 37th B-Day."
Chris previously admitted he was "very grateful" to have married Laina.
"Laina looked beautiful. She holds herself with such grace. I am a very grateful man."
The newlyweds decided to get married at the Rainbow Ranch in Montana, even though they're both originally from Texas.
Chris previously explained: "We fell in love with the area and the nature. Luckily, we have families who love to travel and also love nature, so it was the perfect spot for us."
The Hollywood hunk - who was previously in a relationship with 'Batman Begins' actress Katie Holmes - first met Laina at a mutual friend's wedding and proposed to the blonde beauty in Venice Beach, California, back in December 2014.
