Chris Hemsworth has sold his two Los Angeles homes.
The 'Thor' actor and his wife Elsa Pataky put their Malibu and Santa Monica properties on the market after relocating to Chris' native Australia with their three children India, three, and twins Tristan and Sasha, 23 months and they have now offloaded them both.
Their Malibu mansion, which Chris, 32, and Elsa, 39, bought from 'Crocodile Dundee' star Paul Hogan in the exclusive Point Dume area, sold for $500,000 more than the $6.5 million asking price, according to TMZ.
The property, spread over 6,800 square feet, has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a gym, guest house and three-car garage.
Chris bought the home for $4.8 million.
And the Santa Monica home, a more modest two-bedroom property, has sold for $1.25 million after it was originally bought for $820,000.
Chris and Elsa are now based in Byron Bay, New South Wales and he recently admitted he never felt at "home" in Los Angeles.
He explained: "LA, I loved it, it was great being there with the opportunities with work, [but] it didn't feel like home.
"Instantly, when I get off the plane, I'm back. Which is I think is essential to what we want to give [the children]."
