Chris Evans can't wait to have children.
The 35-year-old actor - who recently split from actress Jenny Slate - plays a dad in new movie 'Gifted' and admitted that he is looking forward to when he is a father in real life too.
He told Entertainment Tonight: "Of course [I want to have children]. That's certainly something I look forward to, absolutely."
Mckenna Grace, 10, who plays his daughter in 'Gifted', said: "You'd make an amazing father. You would be a good dad. You would. You're really nice."
Meanwhile, Jenny - who also stars alongside the pair in the movie - recently hinted that Chris' global fame caused problems in their relationship, because it stopped them doing normal things as a couple.
The actress-and-comedian and the 'Avengers' star, who plays Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films, broke up in February after nine months of dating and while Jenny has a lot of happy memories of her time with Chris, she admitted his level of celebrity was something she had never experienced before.
She said: "Chris is a very, very famous person. For him to go to a restaurant is totally different than for me to go. I sit in my window and I say 'Hi' to people on the street. I have more freedom because I'm not Captain America. I'm mostly a cartoon."
Jenny, 34, and Chris met on the set of 'Gifted' shortly after she had separated from her filmmaker husband Dean Fleischer-Camp and she admitted that she may not have been in the right mindset to embark on a new romance.
She shared: "Even though we had an amicable divorce, I think that's still something that you need to mourn. When you get separated from somebody that you actually care about, it is the destruction of a belief system. That is really, really sad. I just didn't have the tools. And I didn't think very hard about that, to be honest."
