Chloe Grace Moretz has been granted a restraining order against a fan she alleges has been stalking her.
The 20-year-old requested, and was granted, the legal documents on Friday (01.12.17) which will keep Terry Daniel Quick at least 100 yards away from the star at all times, after she claimed he had been stalking her both online and in person.
In the documents, which were obtained by TMZ.com, Chloe alleges that Terry showed up at her house in November to confront her, and on another occasion in the same month, he also allegedly followed her and her boyfriend, Brooklyn Beckham, to a concert and a club.
The papers allege that on November 29, Terry followed Chloe from LAX to her home and tried to gain access by ringing her doorbell, to which her brother answered, and she called 911.
When police arrived to arrest Terry, he reportedly told them he was engaged to Chloe.
But alleged behaviour doesn't just stop there though, as Terry is also believed to have bragged on social media about following the 'Carrie' actress.
According to the gossip site, Terry often refers to Chloe as his wife and the "love of his life" in some of his posts on Twitter.
In response to Chloe's filing, the judge has ordered that in addition to staying 100 yards away from the 'Kick-Ass' star, Terry must also have no contact with her, her mother and her brother.
Meanwhile, Chloe recently rekindled her romance with aspiring photographer Brooklyn Beckham, 18, and whilst they were apart for over a year, Chloe insisted it didn't feel like any time had passed when they got back together.
She said: "I think we chose each other. It's been years now off and on and it's just one of those things, you come back and it's like no time spent away from each other at all.
"I think that's the most important thing and you're lives are an open book. We like to have our own little private world and I think that's important for both of us."
