Cheryl Tweedy's daily routine has gone "out the window" since becoming a mother.
The 34-year-old singer welcomed her son Bear - whom she has with her boyfriend and fellow musician Liam Payne - into the world in March this year, and has said taking care of the young tot has been so time consuming, she no longer has the time to devote to her own day to day routine.
She said: "Since becoming a mum, my beauty regime has actually gone out the window. Taking care of a baby 24/7 means make-up is just not practical. It's only been recently that I've had time to start applying make-up again and it's been lovely, actually. I wen out for dinner a few weeks ago ad it was strange to see myself made up again, but lovely at the same time."
And although the 'Parachute' hitmaker has managed to make time for relaxing baths in the seven months since Bear was born, she insists she has to use bath oils in the tub because she doesn't have time to moisturise.
Speaking to Notebook magazine, she added: "You don't always get time to moisturise, so my top tip for new mums would be to put bath oil in the bath so you don't have to worry about moisturising. I also use coconut oil from head to toe, literally you can eat it, put it on your hair and your body - it's brilliant stuff."
Meanwhile, Cheryl recently revealed she "hated" the process of being pregnant, but insisted the past seven months of motherhood have been "amazing".
She said: "It changes your life completely but in the most amazing way. But I've had the best six months of my life. Really.
"I hated being pregnant. A lot of stuff went on and I just didn't enjoy it...
"I didn't stop for 14 years - literally on the roller coaster. And then when I got pregnant I thought, 'Right, I just don't need this stress.' So I relaxed."
