Cheryl Fernandez-Versini's estranged husband has been branded "abusive and fame hungry" by one of her colleagues.
'X Factor' warm-up guy Ian Royce took to his Twitter account over the weekend to slam Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini, claiming that the French businessman had been abusive to him backstage at the show.
In a series of tweets, he wrote: "I read @Cherylofficial X (has no name in my book) wants 3 million to stay quiet. I say "F**k you horrible man.
"Not a nice man. Abusive, fame hungry and I wish I'd knocked him out backstage but I stayed loyal to @cherylofficial and took the abuse!
"Attack my @CherylOfficial soul, then you also have mine to deal with - she's family! Get this double barreled name... "F**k you!
"@Cherylofficial is a kind soul who just keeps getting hurt. Not a nice X! Saw him "off camera" he should work harder to be more Chezza! Just saying...(sic)"
He also followed up his original tweets with another one clarifying that he was saying JB had been abusive to him and not anyone else.
He said: "Nasty? I swallowed his hatred and temper backstage because I have no voice. I do now!
"I'm saying he was abusive towards me! Hear that loud and clear! I only speak for myself and my experience."
When JB appeared to reference Ian's tweets by writing on Instagram: "That why my post for what I heard on Tweeter. But bless him he wants to make sure he has a job next summer and he is willing to kill for that. He is a nice guy. I wish him well (sic), he hit back by saying: "JB speaks! A job love? I have a family and for you backstage where you made me feel like s**t? F**k you! x2.
"And I have a thing called loyalty #JB. Jog on pretty boy. I have a long memory, loyalty and a friend called Chezza. (sic)."
Cheryl and the businessman married in Mustique in July 2014 after just a few months of dating and announced their split last month, even though they are believed to have actually broken up in August 2015.
