Cheryl Cole is happiest when she's at home relaxing.
The 30-year-old singer confirmed this week she had separated from her boyfriend Tre Holloway reveals there's nothing she enjoys more when she's not working than just chilling out in the comfort of her own house because she doesn't have to dress up and can embrace her natural look, while relaxing in casual clothes with a hot drink and snacks at hand.
She said: "When I'm at home with no make-up, hair tied up, sweat pants or pyjamas on, with a cup of tea and packet of biscuits that's when I'm happy."
Cheryl she admits to having a "turbulent" period in her 20s - when she was married to soccer player Ashley Cole and had a malaria scare - but she is looking forward to the next chapter of her life.
The former Girls Aloud star believes the tribulations and successes of her younger years have helped her grow into the person she is today.
She said: "I had a bit of a turbulent 20s - I think it's when you're figuring out who you are, and doing your trial and error. But by the time you hit 30 you know, you feel so comfortable in your own skin. I feel settled now."
Cheryl started dating Tre in the summer of 2012 they announced they had split this week citing the long distance nature of their relationship as the reason. Cheryl lives in the UK, while Tre is based in Los Angeles.
