Cher Lloyd thinks all pop stars should be homeless.
The former 'X Factor' star, who has been touring America for the past two years, claims living out of a suitcase and having no permanent home is easier when you're performing at different venues every night.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I don't have a home. I'm homeless. That's the way to do it when you're being asked to travel. It's pointless having a home."
The 20 year old star, who is married to hairdresser Craig Monk, lives out of 11 suitcases when she's touring the globe and keeps most of her other belongings in the UK.
She explained: "I have to take everything with me. I have a storage container in the UK that I keep most of my worldly goods in. All the contents from my home got dropped off one day and locked up, and we haven't been back since."
But the singer admits it's not all glamorous and she misses home comforts when she's on the road.
She said: "I'm so bored of room service, because I like cooking. It's a bit of a pain."
The former traveller is used to moving from one place to another and has been taking along her husband since they tied the knot in November.
Cher explained: "He travels with me everywhere. It wouldn't work if he didn't. He's there to deal with all the rubbish as well. I've got a very hectic lifestyle, so he's definitely not sunning it up."
The couple hired a huge manor house for the intimate ceremony and invited just 20 close friends and family but they've been too busy to go on a honeymoon.
Cher claims they want to wait until they have children to take a break from their busy schedules, but insists they are not in a rush to start a family.
She said: "We're so lucky to be able to travel around and experience things and I definitely want to do that without all the screaming for a while. I'll know when I'll feel right. We were made to create. When my body starts telling me I have the urge to, I'll do it."
