Chelsea Handler has labelled Kanye West "unstable".

The 'Chelsea Does' star blasted Kanye for his recent foul-mouthed rants on social media and his renewed feud with Taylor Swift after he claimed he made her famous, saying he sounds like a "maniac".
Chelsea told ET Canada: "He's unstable and he's delusional. And now he'll have a mental breakdown in front of everybody, even though he's been in this state for years.
"I've always thought he's a maniac, and he just sounds like more of one. He's always been delusional.
"He's acted like this for years and now people are acting surprised that he's acting like this."
Referencing the beginning of Kanye's feud with Taylor, where he interrupted her MTV VMAs acceptance speech in 2009 to declare Beyonce Knowles should have won Best Female Video, Chelsea added: "He did this to Taylor Swift five or six years ago. He went up and stole her award. And no one thought he was nuts then?"
When asked about Kanye's claims that he is $53 million in debt and his pleas to Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg for money, Chelsea said: "He's probably trying to be funny. He thinks that's funny."
