Charlotte Crosby has been found guilty of drink-driving.
The 'Geordie Shore' star has scarpered her chances of carving out a career in the USA after she was caught whizzing home in her Range Rover in January following a drinking session on the train from London to Newcastle.
The blonde beauty's lawyer Nick Freeman said in a statement: "She accepts that she is the author of her misfortune. She's bitterly ashamed, contrite and embarrassed. She would like to apologise to the court and her family. She would like to apologise to her legions of fans and supporters who she has let down in a huge way."
Mr Freeman went on to add that the reality TV star was close to landing a gig across the pond but "that will not now happen as she will not get a visa" to allow her to work in the country.
Charlotte was temporarily thrown behind bars on January 28 after police pulled her over in the early hours of the morning and she blew over double the legal limit in the breathalyser test.
Mr Freeman claimed Charlotte - who had 80 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath compared with the legal limit of 35 - had decided to make the short journey from the railway station to her hotel in Newcastle by car, despite having initially planned to get a taxi.
But this isn't the first time Charlotte has been caught drink-driving as she also committed the same offence in 2012 and was dished an 18-month driving ban at the time.
The 25-year-old beauty will now be forced to surrender her driving licence for three years.
