Charley Webb "really enjoyed" being in labour.
The 'Emmerdale' star - who portrays Debbie Dingle in the ITV soap - found giving birth to her first child Buster five years ago incredibly easy so she isn't worried about the process of welcoming her second child later this year.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, she said: "I really enjoyed being in labour. I know not many people say that but for me I really enjoyed the whole experience."
Although the brunette beauty - who refused any pain relief other than gas and air last time - found labour with Buster a painful experience, she said it's wasn't unbearable.
She explained: "It was painful but it was a different kind of pain. People always try and say 'Oh it's like this, oh it's like that.' It's not like any of those things because they're all unnatural pains that you're talking about.
"Whereas giving birth is, as a woman, you're built to do it. It's a natural pain, it doesn't feel like sawing your arm off."
Charley and her co-star husband Matthew Wolfenden, who portrays loveable David Metcalfe in the show, haven't found out what sex their second child is but is hoping it's a boy.
Meanwhile, Charley's exit from the Dales, in order for her to go on maternity leave is being kept under wraps but she hopes her alter-ego will able to sneak off "quietly."
She told BANG Showbiz: "She's had quite a traumatic time so it will be nice to just have a little bit of a quiet time."
