Celine Dion has put her mansion in Montreal, Canada, on the market.
The 'My Heart Will Go On' hitmaker, who has three sons, son Rene Charles, 12, and two-year-old twins, Nelson and Eddie, with her husband Rene Angelil, 71, has listed her French-style chateau for $28.2 million because she and her family have only visited it twice in the last two years.
A source told real estate website Luxuryestate.com that the 24,000 square-foot six-bedroom property is being sold fully furnished and is located on its own island.
The regal mansion, which features numerous gold chandeliers and candelabras, comes complete with a home gym, panelled library, a vaulted stone wine cellar and tasting room, an 18-person dining table, pool, sunrooms, games room and a majestic winding staircase.
The Canadian singer also put her home in Jupiter Island, Florida, on the market for $72 million last month.
Celine decided to sell the lavish estate, which has its own water-park and a lazy river, after extending the contract of her Las Vegas residency show at the Caesars Palace Hotel and Casino until 2019.
The 45-year-old star and her husband built the luxury mansion three years ago before buying two adjacent lots for over $20 million to extend the property.
Set on 57 acres, the five bedroom house features an eight-bedroom guesthouse and a tennis house with a simulated golf range.
