Caroline Flack believes women face "more criticism" than men in the TV industry.

The 36-year-old presenter and her 'X Factor' co-host Olly Murs have been on the receiving end of abuse from Twitter trolls since taking over from Dermot O'Leary earlier this year, but she believes she has it harder than the 'Kiss Me' singer because people make comments about her weight and appearance as well as her presenting skills.
She said: "It's a lot harder to be a woman on TV. We have to face more criticism."
And the 'Love Island' host says she and her presenter pals turn to each other for support.
Caroline explained: "I have a private message group with Dawn O'Porter, Gemma Cairney, Laura Whitmore and Gizzie Erskine, and we support each other."
Despite her comments, the blonde beauty has claimed she's much more confident in her ability now than she was in the past.
She told Cosmopolitan magazine: "'The X Factor' has made me realise how strong I am.
"The show elicits strong opinions, and often they aren't nice. But you can't let it get to you. People don't have to like you."
The former 'Strictly Come Dancing' winner added that she credits her dance partner Pasha Kovalev with her boost in confidence.
She shared: "Before Strictly I kept my feelings locked up.
"My dance partner Pasha taught me to be more open and I surprised myself. I took myself less seriously and gained confidence.
"Work is not my life. You have to separate the two. Things happen every now and then, like a friend being upset, to remind you that getting a line wrong isn't too bad."
