Caroline Flack warned Harry Styles and Prince Harry that she was planning to discuss them in her autobiography.
The 'X Factor' host opened up about her brief relationship with the One Direction hunk - who is 14 years her junior - and revealed she had previously been "seeing" the royal in her memoir 'Storm in a C Cup' but insisted everyone discussed in the book knew they would be included.
Speaking on ITV's 'This Morning', she said: "I contacted everybody. What did they say? That's between me and them - but I would never put anything in a book that someone didn't want in there, because that is their life, these are my feelings.
"I don't really talk about the relationships as such. I do make a point in the book that I don't talk about Prince Harry - it's just not my place to talk about someone else - I don't think you can talk about how someone else feels, or what someone else does... this is all about how I felt and my emotions.
"I had to talk of the effect it caused, that's what I talk about. It was so intrusive. It was people standing outside my dad's house, my mum's house, my brother's house, my sister's house, my nan's house... and literally just going for my family. It's important to talk about stuff like that because that's not normal! This is my story and you can't leave these things out."
Caroline writes in the book about Prince Harry that "once the story got out, that was it. We had to stop seeing each other. I was no longer Caroline Flack, TV presenter, I was Caroline Flack, Prince Harry's bit of rough".
However, in the interview, she said: "It wasn't really a relationship" and later added: "I have never said I had a relationship with him."
