The 'X Factor' co-host revealed her injured limb via her Instagram account, posting a photo of a huge misshapen lump on her right arm.
The accompanying caption read: "Shout out my broken arm . NO JOKE (sic)"
The 35-year-old TV babe also revealed her break on Twitter and her presenter-and-actor friend Joe Swash was stunned by the nature of her injury.
Joe tweeted: "What the f**k is up with your arm flack???? (sic)"
The brunette beauty has been inundated with get well messages from her online fans.
One of Caroline's Twitter followers insisted he would pray for her arm to heal, writing: "@carolineflack1 OUCH!!! A nasty injury!!! I pray for God's divine healing & total restoration of your arm; in Jesus Name, Amen. (sic)"
Another member of the social media site tweeted to her: "Aw carol get well soon and eat more pies ahahaha x (sic)"
One more Flack fan posted: "Ouch !!! Hope your feeling better soon xx (sic)"
There is no further update on the nature of her injury or how she got it yet.
