Caitlyn Jenner lies awake worrying about being a good role model.
The 65-year-old former Olympian - who was known as Bruce Jenner before her transition - feels a huge "responsibility" to the transgender community and is concerned about saying the wrong thing or not "projecting the right image".
In the opening scene of her new reality show 'I Am Cait', she said: "It's 4.32am in the morning. And I can't sleep. In the monitor, I look like c**p but anyway.
"I feel bad that people, especially young people, are going through this difficult time in their life. We don't want people dying over this, we don't want people murdered over this stuff. What a responsibility I have towards this community.
"Am I going to do everything right? Am I going to say the right things? Am I going to project the right image? My mind is just spinning with thoughts. I just hope I get it right."
Elsewhere in the show, the reality star worries her transition will "tear apart" her family, which includes her six kids, Burt, Brody, Brandon, Casey, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, and stepchildren Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Rob Kardashian.
She worried: "They keep saying to me openly that everything is great. 'We want you to live you life.' And then they never show up. So, you know, something else is going on in in their head...
"There are a lot of families that are just...torn apart by it. I don't want to tear my family apart."
