Caitlyn Jenner reportedly won't be charged with manslaughter for the fatal car accident she was involved in in February.
An investigation into the crash by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office has found that the 65-year-old former Olympian was "negligent but not criminal", with the LA County Sheriff's Department reaching the same conclusion, according to TMZ.
However, the DA Jackie Lacey could ignore the findings and go ahead with filing criminal charges, although sources say that is "highly unlikely".
The 'I Am Cait' star recently insisted she doesn't remember the details of what happened during the multi-vehicle incident on the Pacific Coast Highway in California
She said: "I remember it very little, I remember it happening and that's about it.
"I was under the speed limit, I was going 46 in a 50 - my air bag didn't even go off."
However, the 65-year-old transgender star - who was still known as Bruce at the time of the crash - admitted she will never get over the "tragedy", in which one woman died.
She said: "A tragedy like this, you'll never get over it. You just learn to live with it the best you possibly can."
