Busta Rhymes has been arrested following a fight in a gym.
The 43-year-old rapper is currently behind bars in New York after he argued with a gym worker while working out at Steel Gym in Chelsea yesterday (05.08.15) evening, and allegedly threw a container of Muscle Milk - a powdered protein drink - and struck the man on the back of the head.
It is unclear if the guy was injured, but the 'Gimme Some More' hitmaker was arrested for second degree assault.
Busta's lawyer insists the rapper - whose real name is Trevor Tahiem Smith Jr. - has done nothing wrong, branding the allegations "a bunch of bull".
The lawyer, Scott Leemon, added to TMZ: "This is another attempt to take advantage of Busta's celebrity status."
This isn't the first time the 'Woo Haa!! Got You All In Check' star has been accused of assault.
In August 2006, he was arraigned for charges of third degree assault after allegedly attacking a man who spat on his car.
Six months later, he refused a plea deal that would have seen him spend six months in jail for allegedly assaulting his former driver.
Instead, he was eventually sentenced to three year's probation, 10 days community service and ordered to pay fines of $1,250 and enroll in a drunk-driving programme.
In 2009, Busta had to pay compensation of $72,000 to a concert goer for a 2003 assault.
