Britney Spears has been blasted by her ex-husband's lawyer.
The 'Toxic' hitmaker is currently in dispute with Kevin Federline, who wants an increase in the child support payments she makes for their sons Sean Preston, 12, and 11-year-old Jayden, and his attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has accused the 36-year-old star of trying to use her celebrity status to avoid complying with court procedures.
In documents obtained by The Blast, Mr. Kaplan wrote: "The California Superior Court is not the Coachella Music Festival, there are no front of the line VIP passes"
He also stressed the court wants to do what is best for the children, not for the "extraordinarily wealthy parents".
In the documents, the dancer's lawyer claimed Britney had failed to sit for a deposition, refused to provide any records and stressed they have received "NOT A SINGLE DOCUMENT" from her team.
He also teased that rules must be "different in the Rich and Famous edition of the California Family Code."
However, the 'Womanizer' singer's own lawyer, Laura Wasser, successfully argued the "overly broad" discovery requests were a form of harassment and noted that though the former couple - who were was married for four years until 2007 - share equal custody, Britney has always paid her ex-husband on time and generally funds her sons' activities and lifestyle anyway.
The judge agreed with Britney's team and have ordered a continuation in the hearing.
The latest move comes after Britney's father Jamie, who is co-conservator of his daughter's estate, offered a deal that would see Kevin have his current $20,000-a-month payments increased by an extra $10,000 a month.
However, representatives for the 40-year-old dancer - who also has also has 15-year-old Kori and 13-year-old Kaleb with ex-fiancée Shar Jackson, and six-year-old Jordan and three-year-old Peyton with wife Victoria Prince - told him to decline the deal.
