The 'By the Sea' actor and his wife Angelina Jolie - who raise six children together - try to look after their staff and reward them for all of their hard work.

A source said: "There's the family's main PA/manager, two drivers, security staff, a chef, housekeeper and two cleaners.

"Angelina also has her own PA and a hair and beauty team for events. Not all the staff travel with them but the five nannies and PAs do.

"They also tend to travel with a nurse when outside of the US in case anything happens to the children.

"They try hard to be good to the staff as they work long hours - Brad always buys them huge magnums of champagne for their birthdays and Angelina gets the kids to make them cards."

The couple have a team of nannies and specialist tutors to help care for their kids, Maddox, 14, Pax, 11, Zahara, 10, Shiloh, nine, and seven-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.

The source told Closer magazine: "The children are home-schooled, which is easier given how often the family travel.

"There are four main tutors and Angelina sometimes hires temporary tutors too - all experts in a certain field.

"She wants the children to learn from the best.

"There are five nannies and they all have some kind of teaching qualification.

"To help further educate the children, Angelina insists all the nannies speak at least one different language, including French, Spanish and Cambodian, which reflects Maddox's heritage."
