Bobbi Kristina Brown's health is "not progressing at all".
The 22-year-old star has been in hospital for more than three months, after she was found unresponsive in the bathtub at her home in Georgia, and according to her grandmother Cissy Houston, Bobbi's physical wellbeing shows no signs of improving.
Asked about the state of her granddaughter's health, Cissy said: "[It's] the same, she's not progressing at all."
However, Cissy insisted she's prepared for whatever happens to Bobbi in the coming weeks and months.
She told 'Entertainment Tonight': "She's not gone yet, but you know, whatever the lord decides, I'm ready for her ... I have nothing to do with that. That's his job. It's his territory, you know? And I understand it."
Cissy also voiced her support for the recent decision to make Bobbi Kristina's father Bobby Brown and aunt Pat Houston her co-guardians, thereby placing them in charge of her medical and care needs.
Of the decision, she said: "It was fine. We're a family ... that works together for the best. You want the best for whomever or everybody we can."
Last month, Cissy - the mother of the young star's late mother Whitney Houston - said Bobbi has suffered "irreversible brain damage".
She explained: "I have just returned from visiting my granddaughter Bobbi Kristina in the hospital and while she is no longer in a medically induced coma she has a tracheotomy and according to the doctors she has global and irreversible brain damage and remains unresponsive."
