Currently "fighting for her life" in hospital after being discovered facedown in the bathtub at her home in Atlanta on Saturday, January 31, it's now emerged that 'husband' Nick Gordon and friend Max Lomas had begun searching for her when a cable technician visited the home and couldn't find her.
Ashleigh Merchant, Max's attorney told E! News: "Nick was actually the one who answered the door for the cable man, and he was showing the cable man around.
"[Max] says that he knocked on her door and he didn't get an answer, so he went in and checked on her to see how she was doing.
"He's actually the one that found her, and he called for Nick, screamed for Nick, and then he immediately called 911.
"It seems like it might've been 10 or 15 minutes that she must have been alone... but we don't know at what point she actually ended up in the tub during that time."
Meanwhile Bobbi's father, Bobby Brown, had a low-key birthday meal last night - February 5.
Taking a break from keeping vigil at his daughter's hospital bedside, he and around 20 family members went out for dinner to mark his turning 46.
Met by a police officer at the door of a place to eat near the Emory University Hospital, Bobby and guests were escorted to a dining area free from other diners with a drawn curtain.
Seeming "downcast and tired", the singer did brighten at the sight of his family.
Despite the sad atmosphere and time, the family did sing 'Happy Birthday' to the father-of-five, and two birthday cakes were served later on in the evening.
