Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore are officially divorced.
The former couple, who split in November 2011 amid claims the 'No Strings Attached' star enjoyed a fling with student Sara Leal, 23, in San Diego on his sixth wedding anniversary, had their marriage formally dissolved by a judge in Los Angeles on Tuesday morning (26.11.13), after coming to an agreement and signing their divorce papers last month.
A source told People.com that Ashton's lawyer filed documents that finally ended his marriage to Demi, 51, whom he wed in 2005.
The 35-year-old actor filed for divorce in December 2012 but it dragged on because they were reportedly at odds over how to divide their assets and $300 million fortune.
News of the couple's divorce comes amid rumours that Ashton is expecting his first child with his former 'That 70s Show' co-star Mila Kunis, 30.
The couple, who began dating in April 2012, have been inseparable since they got together and friends recently predicted they would get engaged as soon as Ashton's divorce was finalised.
'Ghost' star Demi, who was also previously married to Bruce Willis with whom she has three daughters, Rumer, 25, Scout, 22, and Tallulah, 19, checked into rehab following her split from Ashton and has been keeping a relatively low profile since.
The 'Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle' actress has been linked to a string of men, including former commercial pearl diver Will Hannigan and Hard Rock Café billionaire Peter Morton in recent months, and recently returned from a "divorce cleanse" holiday in India.
