Ariana Grande has denied claims she cheated on her ex-boyfriend with Nathan Sykes.
Singer Grande branded the claims "completely false" and "shocking" after her ex-boyfriend Jai Brooks, alleged that she had been unfaithful with The Wanted star during their time together.
In a new interview with 4music, Ariana said: "How he handled it was a bit unexpected, but at the end of the day my family and my friends and my true fans know the kind of person that I am."
"Those kinds of accusations being thrown at me are completely false and more than anything just hurtful and shocking."
Ariana and Nathan went public with their romance in September and the brunette beauty is keen to move on with their relationship.
The 20-year-old singer continued: "I'd like to move forward and forget about it."
Jai - who is part of a group of Youtube pranksters, The Janoskians - had dated Ariana for eight months before alleging she was unfaithful to him in a lengthy rant on Twitter earlier this month.
He wrote: "Nathan may be a top bloke or a sweet person, but what he did was just completely wrong. He interfered with my life and did not respect my relationship, his actions caused me to not be able to sleep at night and not see the world as a beautiful place."
