Anne Heche will be laid to rest at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles.
The actress died earlier this month aged 53 following a car crash in LA, and it's now been revealed her final place of rest will be at the cemetery, which is also where the likes of actors Judy Garland and Burt Reynolds, and musician Johnny Ramone were interred.
According to a death certificate obtained by E! News, the 'Donnie Brasco' star's body was cremated on August 18th.
Last week, Anne's death was ruled as an accident, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner.
She was in a coma for around a week and was on life support until her death, with her heart kept beating so she could be assessed for organ donation.
Anne had a "sternal fracture due to blunt trauma", which was labelled a "significant condition", and typically takes place after the chest hits the steering wheel following a collision.
She was severely burned in the car fire, which took 59 firefighters to fight and more than an hour before it was extinguished and the actress was freed.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation, with security footage showing Anne's blue Mini Cooper speeding down the street out of control before striking a house.
A representative for the star said of her death: "Today we lost a bright light, a kind and most joyful soul, a loving mother, and a loyal friend.
"Anne will be deeply missed but she lives on through her beautiful sons, her iconic body of work, and her passionate advocacy. Her bravery for always standing in her truth, spreading her message of love and acceptance, will continue to have a lasting impact."
