Angelina Jolie credits her family for making her feel like a "kid again".
The 'Maleficent' actress had both breasts removed last year after tests showed she carries the BRCA1 gene, meaning her chances of contracting breast cancer are very high, but she insists focusing on her children Maddox, 12, Pax, 10, Zahara, nine, Shiloh, seven, and twins Vivienne and Knox, five, has helped her get through it.
She said: "Outside my home I can be somewhat serious. [But with my family], we laugh and we play, and I'm light again, and I'm a kid again, and I'm loving and soft again because they've brought that back in my life."
The 38-year-old beauty - who raises her six children with partner Brad Pitt - has allowed her youngest daughter Vivienne to make a cameo appearance in 'Maleficent', but she's adamant she doesn't want any of her offspring to become famous actors and actresses.
She explained in the new edition of Entertainment Weekly magazine: "We think it's fun for our kids to have cameos and join us on set, but not to be actors. That's not the goal for Brad and me at all. I think we would both prefer that they didn't become actors."
