Angelina Jolie has got a new tattoo.
The 38-year-old actress has had an Arabic phrase inked onto the inside of her right forearm and the design is positioned below the Arabic inscription of the word "determination" she already has.
The Hollywood star showed off the tattoo as she took a walk in Sydney, Australia, where she is staying with her six children while she shoots new film 'Unbroken'.
Angelina's latest design is her 18th tattoo and it is believed she has continued her trend of getting an inking after momentous moment in her life by getting the design needled onto her body shortly after she underwent a double mastectomy operation to prevent breast cancer this year.
Among the screen beauty's other pieces of body art are a quote from Tennessee Williams, which reads "A prayer for the wild at heart, kept in cages", in memory of her mother Marcheline Bertrand who passed away in January 2007 from ovarian cancer.
In addition, she has the geographical coordinates of where her six children - Maddox, 12, Pax, nine, Shiloh, seven, Zahara, eight, and five-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne - with her fiancé Brad Pitt were born.
Angelina got her first tattoo in 1993 and the inking, kanji, means death in Japanese. It is located on her left shoulder but has since been covered with a prayer of protection which is thought to be a Buddhist blessing.
