The couple, who have been dating for five years, tied the knot in a low-key ceremony at the extravagant Post Ranch Inn.

A spokesperson for the 'Saturday Night Live' star confirmed the news to UsMagazine.com.

Anne Hathaway married her husband Adam Shulman in the same romantic location almost exactly a year ago on September 29, 2012.

The actor and comedian's good pal Justin Timberlake, 32, was forced to skip the celebration as he was performing at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas.

Andy was among the few celebrity guests at Justin's wedding to Jessica Biel in Puglia, Italy, last October.

The 35-year-old star popped the question to singer-songwriter Joanna in February.

A source previously said that the 'Celeste and Jesse Forever' star was smitten with his girlfriend, 31, after meeting her in 2008.

The insider said: "He liked her music and would go to her shows. He had the biggest crush on her."

A source close to Joanna added: "She respects what he does with his songs. She's so proud of everything that he has accomplished. They have great chemistry."
