Amy Schumer has signed a multi-million dollar book deal.
The 'Trainwreck' actress sold the rights to her memoir, which has the working title 'The Girl With The Lower Back Tattoo', to Simon & Schuster's Gallery Books imprint for a reported $9 million, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Gallery Books said the memoir is currently untitled but will "offer personal and observational stories from Schumer that range from the raunchy to the romantic, the heartfelt to the harrowing".
Amy added: "Believe it or not, there's actually more I have to say."
The book - which was the subject of fierce bidding between publishers - is expected to be a series of comedic essays detailing her "family, childhood and feminist politics".
The deal far surpasses those of her peers with Tina Fey reportedly getting a $6 million advance for her book 'Bossypants' while Lena Dunham's 'Not That Kind of Girl' was sold for $3.7 million.
According to EW.com, editors had to offer a bid on the memoir before even getting to meet with Amy about it.
It's been quite the year for Amy, whose Comedy Central show 'Inside Amy Schumer' won an Emmy on Sunday (20.09.15).
Her movie 'Trainwreck' was a critical and commercial success and she is currently working on a screenplay with Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence.
