Amy Poehler's boyfriend has warned Bono to "watch his back" after he kissed her at the Golden Globes.

Amy Poehler's boyfriend Nick Kroll has jokingly warned Bono to "watch his back" after he kissed her when she found out she had won an award at the Golden Globes.

Amy celebrated winning Best Actress in a TV Series (comedy) for her role in 'Parks and Recreation' by having a quick smooch with the U2 singer before accepting her trophy, prompting her partner, Nick Kroll, to joke.

He posted on Twitter: "Hey Bono, watch your back."

Amy was overjoyed with the award - her first Golden Globe - after missing out in the previous two years.

She told E! News: "I think I'm zero for 13 in these awards shows. So I was very, very, very surprised to win and very excited."

The actress also got plenty of chance to crack jokes throughout the evening yesterday (12.01.14) as she and Tina Fey co-hosted the event.

They called Matt Damon a "garbageman" and made fun of Hollywood ladies men Leonardo DiCaprio and George Clooney.

Introducing the former, Tina said: "And now, like a supermodel's vagina, let's all give a warm welcome to Leonardo DiCaprio."

Speaking about George, she later quipped: "'Gravity' is nominated for Best Film. It's the story of how George Clooney would rather float away into space and die then to spend one more minute with a woman his own age."
