Amanda Peet has never had Botox.
The 44-year-old actress has insisted she never has, nor ever will,
have the wrinkle-smoothing injections because she is "afraid" of something going wrong.
Peet is also reluctant to try the treatment because she is aware of what type of example she would be setting to her kids, especially her two daughters Frances, nine, and Molly, four.
Speaking on SiriusXM's 'Conversations with Maria Menounos' about cosmetic surgery, the 'Togetherness' star said: "I've never gotten Botox or fillers. I've never done anything to my face that's invasive. I think it has a lot to do with having two girls."
Peet - who also has 15-month-old son Henry with her husband,
screenwriter David Benioff - thinks her fear of things going wrong is also the main reason why she's never been tempted to experiment with drugs.
She added: "Maybe I'm afraid. I'm afraid ... it's like I've never done cocaine either!"
Although she avoids medical procedures to stay looking good, Peet does have an extensive beauty regime and is vain - something that's important when she has to strip off for her role in 'Togetherness'.
She said: "I've certainly spent a lot of time and money doing other stuff, and I certainly am vain! I've been known to take my clothes off. I'm not precious about it."
