Amanda Bynes allegedly screamed at a photographer during Nylon magazine's It Girl party.
Bynes walked the red carpet at the event in New York, but refused to have any photographs taken, standing instead with her back to the waiting photographers.
However, the incident took place inside when a photographer tried to capture an image of the actress.
A spy told the New York Post's Page Six column: "She started screaming 'You have to delete your photos!'
"Amanda was screeching and flailing and going wild, and the photographer was visibly shaken."
This incident comes just days after she was arrested for her second DUI.
But it is not all doom and gloom for the actress as she has recently announced that she is engaged.
Speaking to InTouch magazine, she said: "I am very needy for friendship and I hate men.
"I want to f*** them, but I can now say I'm engaged, I want to be married and I want to be away from people."
