Amanda Bynes has been released from the psychiatric treatment facility, where she was supposed to spend 30 days.
The actress was last night spotted walking around Sunset Strip in West Hollywood after spending just 19 days in the Pasadena hospital.
According to TMZ, Amanda went to a hearing officer with a request to leave early on Thursday, and her wish was granted by the official.
This conflicts with reports on Monday, October 27 that said a judge had been convinced by doctors to extend her treatment by a further 30 days because she's "very ill".
Parents Lynn and Rick Bynes are now said to have obtained a conservatorship for Amanda in court after letting the judge know how she was spending "alarming amounts" of cash on presents for strangers.
In the TMZ-obtained documents, Amanda's parents state she's a "substantial risk" to not only herself but others, alluding to her recent behaviour including shoplifting and driving under the influence.
Amanda was placed under involuntary psychiatric hold in July 2013, spending five months in a treatment facility at the time.
Her release came in December and she seemed to be getting back on track until her mother stopped controlling her affairs last month.
