The former 'Big Brother' contestant - who was at the centre of a violent row on 'Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On The Side' last week - has revealed she's decided to stop drinking in a bid to take "control" of her life.
She said: "I just think life is about mastering certain aspects and that's the next aspect that I want to have control over.
"It's not that I'm a raging lunatic with the drinks. But when I do drink, I've got a small frame - it just takes a couple of drinks.
"[Now] I'm just bang on my fitness and I'm going to master that and maybe after a few months down the line I can say when and how much I want to drink."
The blonde beauty revealed her new lifestyle choice at a charity event and confessed being around other people drinking could make it more difficult.
She told Mirror Celebs: "This is my first test and I passed it so, there will be more. I'm going to the reality awards tomorrow (30.09.15), that'll be my next test."
