Adele has sold her townhouse for £2.85 million - making a £350,000 profit.

The 28-year-old singer - who has three-year-old son Angelo with partner Simon Konecki - has offloaded her abode in Brighton, south east England, just a year after splashing out £2.5 million on the property.
A source said: "Adele spent a lot of time in Brighton with Simon and their son but she's moving on.
"She has fallen in love with LA and will be spending a lot more of her time out in the States.
"She still has a number of properties in London so she will always have a home in England."
Adele is planning to spend eight months living in the US and has forked out $7.8 million on a plush Hollywood Hills pad for her, Simon and Angelo to live in.
She recently said: "I'm in America for eight months. I'm on tour and then I'm going to have Christmas in America. I haven't done that before, I'm really excited."
Angelo will have plenty to do at her Stateside abode as it comes complete with a swimming pool, train set and even a tree house.
Adele is also set to have a great time in the US and has already set her sights on regular tips to organic health store Bristol Farms.
She recently said: "Oh my god, Bristol Farms - it's like a better Whole Foods with brands. I love it. I had a field day there yesterday."
