Adam Levine and his wife Behati Prinsloo are set to purchase their first home together for $4.55 million just a few months after tying the knot.
The Maroon 5 frontman and the Victoria's Secret Angel - who tied the knot in July - are said to be in talks to purchase the plush property on New York's cobblestone Greene Street in Soho, described as a "location to dream about".
According to the listing on website Town Residential, the couple's love nest features three bedrooms and two bathrooms and manages to mix old and new courtesy of stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen as well as old fashioned radiators throughout the abode.
The couple's tall showbiz pals should have no problem on visits as the main room has a 13-foot tin ceiling, while they are also decorative columns dotted around the apartment.
Behati, 25, will no doubt be particularly pleased with the main bedroom's walk-in closet - a sizeable space to keep all of her gorgeous garments.
The pair might also like to celebrate their property purchase when they sign on the dotted line by having a dip in the en-suite Jacuzzi.
What's more, Adam, 35, and Behati will be able to consume their breakfast in front of some breathtaking city views thanks to the four massive windows that overlook Greene Street.
The abode will certainly be an upgrade for the brunette beauty, who recently sold her one-bedroom East Village duplex for $1.65 million.
And if Adam's past record is anything to go by then he will have no problem paying the rent for their new abode after he recently revealed he once paid a fan's rent when the cheeky chap threw their bill on stage.
Talking about the time he forked out $487 for the mystery person's rent, he explained: "It was like a rent cheque and I took it and I just paid it, honestly.
"It was really creepy, though! Please don't do that anymore it was $487."
