Anyone who's read Russell Brand's books would know that for a good few years, all the funnyman ever thought about was 'making it' and becoming famous, so quite why achieving his dream isn't making him happy makes me a bit sad.
While filming a documentary about happiness, Rus said; "I'm famous now. But now that I've got fame and some of the other things I thought would make me happy - it ain't worked."
Obvs he isn't talking about Katy Perry, because let's face it, if he was the guy behind the till at the local Wal-Mart and Katy went in for some cupcakes, she probably wouldn't give him a second glance.
Cheer up Rus.
