Heidi Montag has once again appeared on our screens in the new series of Celebrity Big Brother. She first shot to fame on reality TV series, The Hills, where she stared alongside then best friend Lauren Conrad, in a show that let us into their lives in Hollywood.
When The Hills first started back into 2006, Heidi was known for her bubbly personality and natural beauty. However, she is now better known for having ten plastic surgery procedures in one day, including a nose job and breast enlargement.
Heidi was very open about the operations and came under major scrutiny from the press. In an episode of Big Brother, she admitted to Rylan Clark that she wishes she had never talked about it and been more private. As well as strangers criticising her, the blonde stars mother and family turned their backs on her and it is not until recently that she has started talking to her mother again.
She was a brave young lady to admit to going under the knife, but who else is open about the fact they have had plastic surgery?

Janice has never shied away from her passion for plastic surgery, in a bid to keep hold of the natural good looks she was blessed with. Some of the many procedures Katie has undergone include an eyelid lift, Botox and a brow lift.
Katie Price
It is well documented that the glamour model has had her fair share of plastic surgery, but she is still dissatisfied with the way she looks. Katie first had surgery at the age of 18, when she underwent her first breast enlargement. Katie has also admitted to having Botox every four months, having teeth veneers and wearing a full head of extensions.
Fern Britton
In 2008 it emerged that Fern had had a gastric band operation in a bid to try and lose weight. This gained a lot of media attention, but she now looks great.
