After an abysmal season with Liverpool, Mario Balotelli is set to return to Milan after just one year. AC Milan aim to ensure good behaviour from the controversial striker with a strict disciplinary clause inserted into his new contract.
The deal has not been officially confirmed, but the 25-year-old bad boy, who notoriously set fire to his house after lighting fireworks in the bathroom, underwent a medical on Tuesday ahead of an expected loan move.
The provocative striker will be banned from sporting crazy hairstyles, wearing extravagant outfits, and attending nightclubs. To prevent Balotelli from tarnishing the club's image, his social media use will be closely monitored. The club will also aim to enforce a healthy lifestyle by banning Balotelli from smoking and limiting his drinking.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan's chief executive Adriano Galliani based the disciplinary clause in Balotelli's contract on Italian air force regulations.
