The Portugal international has often been linked with a move back to Old Trafford following several fall-outs with the Bernabeu hierarchy and has made it clear he would be open to rejoining the Red Devils having left in 2009 for a then world record fee of £80million.
This summer he was once being said to be considering his future, with the 30-year-old having been unhappy with new head coach Rafael Benitez's training methods, prompting United and French giants Paris Saint-Germain to explore the possibility of a deal.
However, Real's all-time record goalscorer would appear to have settled his differences with Benitez and has now stated that he would like to remain with Los Blancos for the rest of his career, claiming he plans to play on for another six years.
Speaking at a ceremony to mark his fourth European Golden Shoe award, Ronaldo said: "Logically, I have a contract until I am 33 and - as I have said a number of times - my dream is to finish here with Real Madrid.
"I am settled here, I'm useful here and I want to continue at the club. I want to win and I am at the best club in the world.
"I'm not satisfied yet - I always want more. Real Madrid have to win silverware every season and this year is no different. We want to win the league, the Champions League, the cup - everything."
