Last week our Instagram feed seemed to be filling up with celebrities celebrating their wedding anniversaries. Beautiful white dresses, breathtaking scenery, and wedding cakes galore. There’s nothing quite as exciting as a wedding.
Celebrity weddings are particularly exciting for us common folk - what with the luxury everything and A-list guest lists. They generally act as an indication as to what's' 'in' when it comes to bride and groom fashion.
Today we take a look at 7 recent celebrity weddings that rallied a tonne of media attention.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West
Wedding date: 24th May 2014
Kimye recently celebrated their five year anniversary. Yes, it’s been five years since Hollywood’s most extravagant couple tied the knot.
Since they married they’ve have four children together; North, Saint, Chicago and their most recent addition to the West family - baby Psalm.
Kim and Kanye have had some negative press in the past, but since they got together it seems that everyone has fallen in love with them just as quickly as they fell in love with each other. We’re pleased to say we’ve always been fans, and we love watching their little ones grow up, thanks to Kim frequently sharing cute snaps of them on social media.
Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright

Another couple who are each very famous in their own right is Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright.
Michelle played Tina McIntyre on Coronation Street, but quickly became a recognisable name to people who weren’t soap fans when she landed bigger roles in programmes such as Our Girl. Mark rose to fame when he was cast as an original member on The Only Way is Essex. They’ve both gone on to further build themselves careers, all the while building a relationship we might be a little bit jel of.
They too recently celebrated their wedding anniversary last week - they’ve now been husband and wife for four years!
Michelle looked absolutely gorgeous on her wedding day (she always does - but even more so!) going for a classic Hollywood look, wearing an incredible fishtail dress and a simple yet bold makeup look.

They may have got married in secret, but that didn’t mean that nobody was talking about it when it was revealed.
Hailey and Justin hadn’t been together long before they tied the knot, but you know what they say, if you know you know, you know?
But it’s not as though Hailey and Justin had only just met, the couple had been friends for many years before they became involved with each other romantically.
They did an exclusive couple interview with Vogue shortly after they announced that they secretly exchanged vows, sharing details of their special day and their plans for the future. The interview was quite a big deal, and we think there were quite a few (million) ladies all over the world feeling a bit disappointed it wasn’t them saying 'I do'.
Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas

Another recent wedding which the photos had everyone’s jaw dropping, was that of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas.
The Bollywood beauty and the musician married last year with a stunning ceremony, which totally blew up social media. Pictures of the happy couple were being shared for weeks after they were initially posted.
We think, like was the case with Justin Bieber, there will have been many heartbroken ladies that day…
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

The day Prince Harry and Meghan Markle became the Duke and Duchess of Sussex was massive for royal fans all over the world. It was easily the wedding of 2018.
It felt like we’d all waited forever for that moment. Weeks, months even, of guessing what Meghan’s dress would be like, how she would wear her hair, who her bridesmaids would be… oh, it's emotional even writing about it.
During their first year as a married royal couple, they have already welcomed their first baby into the world, Archie Harrison, and attended countless royal engagements together which has also involved travelling abroad.
The happy couple recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary together, and we fell in love with them all over again when they shared the wonderful video to mark the day.

Amy Schumer and Chris Fischer married in Malibu, California the day before Valentine's Day last year. She shared some fantastic pictures of special moments, funny moments and family snaps from her wedding day on Instagram.
We particularly love the photo where she’s got her shades on. Even as a bride she knows how to keep it real. Let’s face it, with those hot conditions sunglasses are a must.
Since their big day they have welcomed their first child together and become a little family. Gene Attell Fischer is now almost one month old. Cute!
Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank

Finishing off the list is another royal couple, Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank.
It was the second royal wedding of 2018 and was televised as fans of the royal family got to celebrate another big day - just as they’d calmed down from Prince Harry’s wedding.
The bride and groom said their vows at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle, after seven years spent together as a couple. Princess Eugenie’s maid of honour was of course her sister and bestie, Princess Beatrice (who else?) and other famous guests to the wedding included Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss and James Blunt.
