Who could forget the VMAs last year when Miley Cyrus called ASAP Rocky 'ASAP Rocker'? Or how about in 1999 when Lil Kim's 'barely-there' outfit started tongues wagging when she joined Mary J. Blige on-stage to introduce Diana Ross? But it's the unpredictability of what will happen on the night - depending on who's drunk what - that makes it TV gold.
In the case of Lil Kim, Supremes legend Diana couldn't resist giving Lil' Kim's boob a jiggle live on camera. It was memorable to say the least!
This year MTV have revealed that Kim Kardashian West will be presenting an award - her husband Kanye West is up for two awards, but forget him - all eyes will be on her outfit choice and THAT ass.

And actor/rapper Jayden Smith, son of actor Will Smith, will be giving out Mooman statue in addition to American singer and actor Shameik Moore and Swedish singer-songwriter Tove Lo, to name but a few.
If the ceremony's not full of wardrobe malfunctions, awkward run-ins, speech stumbles or interruptions then you're obviously not watching the VMAs.
