The driver called Jack told a TMZ photographer that he will require legal help to advise him on his next step.

However, he's worried about Kris' wealth and fame standing her a better chance of winning a legal case should one arise.

According to the website, Jack has a lot of respect for the reality star despite cutting her up on the 101 freeway in Calabasas, Los Angeles.

The brunette beauty was left "shook up" by the crash and may even have broken her wrist.

Her partner Corey Gamble, her daughters Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardashian and her son-in-law Kanye West all rushed to be by her side.

Kylie, 18, is the only family member to have publically commented on the incident.

She reassured her followers on Twitter that her mum was doing "okay" despite being alone in the car.

Responding to concerned fans, she wrote: "I was not involved in the accident. Everything's ok ... Yes! She's okay! (sic)"

And when asked if Kris was the only one in the car, Kylie added: "Yes my mommy (sic)."

And when one asked her to clear up a rumour that she was behind the wheel, she replied: "omg no!!! It was just my mom. My moms cars. I rushed to the scene to be by her side becuz she was alone (sic)"
