The temporary restraining order was first granted in May when the couple decided to divorce after Amber claimed Johnny threw an iPhone at her face. Following the extension, it is in place now until August 15.

In a statement given to the court after she was awarded a restraining order against him, Amber claimed Johnny had been "verbally and physically abusive" to her throughout their relationship.

She wrote: "During the entirety of our relationship, Johnny has been verbally and physically abusive to me. I endured excessive emotional, verbal and physical abuse from Johnny, which has included angry, hostile, humiliating and threatening assaults to me whenever I questioned his authority or disagreed with him."
