The inspiration for writing my book the Empire of the Spirit, and painted “The Empress” on its cover, is to express a joyful, and peacefull spiritual life.
My ten suggestions that may assist you to express your own spirit are:
Self-awareness – Be completely conscious that mind is the centre of all divine actions. Through you the intelligence of love and the power of universal mind are expressed.
Self-esteem – It would be wise to fully accept the true beauty that resides within you. However, it is a value only you can place upon yourself, in recognition of that inner beauty. Otherwise, if it were dependant on the views of others, it would be called other-esteem.
Self-empowerment – You cannot be empowered in your life without taking personal responsibility for the way you use your intelligence to craft your thoughts, concepts, and images within your own mind.
Universal connection – Be totally certain that your spiritual mind is eternal, and inseparable from the universal divine source. One way to visualize it is to understand that all our individual unique spirits are connected as particles of the one universal divine light. In other words, we are inseparable from the one the universal consciousness-we are it!
Powers of the mind – Appreciate the true power of your mind, as it connected to an indestructible universal consciousness. There is not one thing created by human beings existing in the world today that first was not first conceived within the imagination, as an idea, concept, or visualization. Your mind is a powerfull instrument!
Creativity – I suggest that you fully understand that you are connected to an infinite and inexhaustible universal energy that you can use to manifest your spiritual dreams into reality. A creative life is fun.
Faith – Develop unyielding faith that your dreams and aspirations will be made reality! Dream your own impossible dream, and be excited as you watch it come into physical reality. Remember faith is the conviction, trust, and expectation that it will.
Compassion – Have compassion upon yourself; surrender your addiction to self-depreciation, criticism, and guilt. You are worthy! You are love! You are divine!
Master within – Self empowerment will eventually lead you to seek no other spiritual master but the master that is within. You are the architect of your own mind, so take total responsibility for your thoughts words and actions. Create a life that reflects love, peace, and joy.
Meditation – Learn to love a meditative mind. Appreciate the space between thoughts and the inner stillness of your mind, as it will bring peace to your consciousness. A peacefull mind will lead you to harmony and bliss.
