I wander (lonely as a cloud), lost in distraction.

Carpe Diem! Hell, what is today? Lose track of time.
This is not a conversation, it is a rambling monologue.
Stage is bare, theatre is empty; I did advertise opening night
(Didn't I?). Love might not be based on merit, wealth or charm.

time flees (or some other piece of learned Latin)
