Kama Sutra

Kama Sutra

Step by step instructions and helpful hints on how to enhance your sex life with one easy app!

The Kama Sutra has been vamped for the here and now with an app that allows couples to look at poses in 3D from the original text.

The illustrations in the original manuscript have been changed into holographic images that pop up on a smart phone or a tablet.

Each image can be viewed from every angle so that those who choose to access it have a 360 degree image of every sexual position.

The app is accompanied by a new version of the text, which is derived from ancient Indian Hindu philosophies and thought to date back to around 2,000 years ago.

The Kama Xcitra aims to help couples get "closer to the action than ever before".

Hazel Cushion, managing director of publisher Xcite Books, was quoted:

"For more than 2,000 years couples have turned to the Kama Sutra for advice and guidance on how to have a fulfilling love life. But some of the more challenging positions, like the Prone Tiger, the Catherine Wheel or the Peg, have left readers a little baffled. That is until now."

The app works together with 69 positions and enables the users to change elements of the models such as hair colour and skin colour and have the option of a soundtrack to personalise the experience to the max.

The Kama Sutra is thought to be the most important Sanskrit example of sexuality in history and was first made available for the English in 1883.
