When you find the things are tough
The road is bumpy and conditions rough.
What do you do?
I take the things the way they come
The bumps and roughness and then some
I march right up the road and sing
" I believe in me and can do anything''
when the night is dark and the fog is thick
when the thunders roar and moon is sick
What do you do?
I light up the lamp of faith in my heart
And the little glow with which it does start
Spreads with time and makes all bright
That's how I with darkness fight.
And what do you do, dear, when it is cold?
When all is snowy silver, nothing sunny gold
'' why my dear, I wake up the love
And make my own Sun to shine on all
To make all peaceful happy and content
To wash away hate and its shadows tall.''
