     Before performing your yoga class remember this is your time for you to let go of any worries and to be in the present moment with your True Self. If you feel tired and do not want to go to class, know that yoga revitalizes and re-energises you.

RELAX!

   It is important to relax before and after yoga practice. Lying down on your back and mentally telling every part of your body to relax, relaxes every muscle. Then breathe in positive light energy and breathe out negative dark energy from the whole of your being.

BREATHE YOGICALLY, FEEL JOYFUL AND BE AT PEACE!

    During yoga breathe yogically which means slowly, deeply and with awareness. Filling all the lungs and bringing pranic love energy into every cell of your body and into every corner of your mind which brings you into a more joyful, peaceful state.

YOGA IS NOT A RELIGION NOR IS IT A COMPETITION!

     Yoga means union! It is the union of all religions, all nationalities and all living beings. Yoga is not just exercise or about how supple you are; it is a spiritual journey inward! Stretch comfortably and with practice you will be able to perform all the asanas.

FOOD IS MEDICINE, LETS EAT TO LIVE A HEALTHY LIFE!

    As you practice yoga, you will not crave heavy junk foods or food, drink and substances that over stimulate, but you will want a Sattvic yogic diet full of natural organic fruit and vegetables which nourishes and purifies your mind, body and soul.

MEDITATE, MEDITATE, MEDITATE

   Everyday try and find a quiet place to meditate for 10-20 mins. Silencing your mind and opening your heart to go into your sacred place of bliss, peace and love will help you bring peace and love into every thought, feeling and action in your life.

GIVE LOVE TO RECEIVE LOVE

     The Ancient Yogis teach us about the yogic law of cause and effect, karma which states every action has a reaction and that the act of giving will always initiate its opposite reaction of receiving. Thus if we want to receive love we must love ourselves and give out love.

WE ARE THE DIVINE CREATORS OF OUR LIVES!

     Everything we think, feel or do goes out into the world and comes back to us. Therefore we must come from our heart first before we take any action, because when we allow love to be in control instead of the fear-based ego, we manifest our lives into being.

YOGA IS OUR SALVATION

    If we want to be a spiritual person we have to think, feel, speak and act like a spiritual person. We must ask ourselves “How would a yogini think?” How would an enlightened being feel?” How would a self-realised human speak?” How would Divine Love act?” We have to be them now, so we can become them now, this is our Salvation!

YOU ARE LOVE

       Yoga and Meditation is our path to self-love and self-peace. For love is the most powerful energy in creation. Love eliminates all negativity and through the power of self-love, all pain is transformed into awareness, understanding and peace.
