If you are troubled by fears and anxiety, have emotional outbursts and find it difficult to reach your goals, you may be holding imprints and scars from your past.
What are imprints?
Imprints are caused by trauma, abuse, accidents, heartache, or loss and longer-term problems in childhood, such as lack of a loving environment, or feeling misunderstood or not heard. They are nuggets of negative energy sitting in your energy field that hold emotions such as anger, fear, hate and guilt. They retain the memories of your experience, are heavy and toxic, and can affect your life in a number of ways:
· Cause outbursts of emotion, fear, insomnia, stress and anxiety attacks.
· The toxic energy can affect your health causing, for example, digestive problems, migraines, etc.
· The memories can create mental blocks and a negative perspective about yourself, such as low self-esteem or confidence. You may find it hard to reach your goals of finding love, success at work or happiness.
· They act as magnets, attracting difficult and challenging people and situations.
· They can lower your spirits and cause depression and exhaustion,
Five steps to Healing
1. To release the suppressed emotions related to your past, write down every feeling that you have related to your experience. Do not hold back! Let rip and express everything that you wish you had said at the time or how you feel now. If a person is involved, it can help to write a letter – one that is never posted. Don’t use a journal but scribble your thoughts on loose paper.2. Next burn your writing and letters. As you watch the paper burn, observe how the flames are turning old pain into light.
3. Constant thoughts of a person or situation create cords of attachment that hold you to an unwanted negative connection. These cords hold you back in life and keep the old feelings alive, so now set yourself free by cutting these toxic connections. Take a length of thread to represents your attachment. Cut or break it and say, “I release myself from name and set myself free, now, right now, right now.”
4. To complete the healing, bring in high frequency energy to raise your spirits, to complete the transformation and to bring peace to your mind and spirit. I use this symbol to channel the vibrations of universal love. Draw the symbol three times and place your hands on your heart centre in the middle of your chest. You may experience heat, pulsing in your fingers and a release of the old negative feelings.
5. To help you move forward you need a positive mindset. Start by finding the positives in your life and start a gratitude journal, entering all those things and people you are grateful for. Trauma can leave you with a hurting heart which you may automatically close to protect it from further pain. A closed heart rejects love, so make a morning ritual to open your heart to receive love and positive opportunities and situations. Put your hands together in front of your chest to represent the doors of your heart then open then three times saying: “I am open to receive now, right now, right now.”
Wishing you well with your healing.
